Connie Kalli honored for enhancing the quality of life for seniors
Each year, LeadingAge Minnesota’s Caregiver of the Year Award recognizes individuals who go beyond expectations to greatly enhance the quality of life for seniors and their communities. This year’s regional Caregiver of the Year award recipient is Connie Kalli, who works as an Activity Director at Evergreen Knoll. Connie has been with our organization for over 10 years, and in that time, she regularly and consistently exemplifies everything that is exceptional about the care and compassion we strive for in our industry.
Connie truly treats our residents like family. Whether it’s creating a vibrant and engaging environment through our activities programs, assisting with our activities-based dementia care program, or offering direct care when needed, there is never a dull moment at Evergreen thanks to her tireless efforts. Her creativity, energy, and personal connection to our residents ensure that each day is full of joy and meaningful experiences.

Connie is also an outstanding team player – admired and respected by her colleagues, both at the Evergreen campus as well as other sister campuses. The staff at Evergreen love working with her, and her leadership and commitment have made her the backbone of our facility.
